  • IT Support
    Staff requiring IT support can email IT Support. Before contacting support please try use the malware utilities below, we can use remote support assistance to try resolve IT issues.
  • eduPASS Password Changes
    • Use this link to access the dept of education password page
      • Enter MFA if setup and prompted.
    • After signing in with your current or reset password refresh the page and select New Session.
    • Select your Dept of eduction account if prompted.
    • Enter current password Dept of education password. (copy the password from email if reset)
    • Select Change Password, enter and confirm the new password, place a tick in the accept terms of Service and select change password.
    • Wait for successful confirmation of change before closing the window.
    • Thngs to try if the password that you entered fails
      • Verify the complexity requirements.
        • At least 7 characters -15 recomended.
        • Contains, Upper, Lower, Number, and special characters.
        • Dont use parts of your name in the password.
    • Contact IT if you need your password reset or extra support with this.
  • Quarantined Emails
    • Open the edumail on the web. https://outlook.office365.com/owa/education.vic.gov.au
    • Click on the Cog Icon (top right corner next to your name).
    • Open View all Outlook settings (at the bottom of that pane).
    • Under the Mail tab click on Junk email.
    • Locate Safe senders and domains.
    • Click add then add any emails want, single address can be separated with a comma then a space.
    • It would be worth adding the following 2 domains, which should cover BSC.
      • brunswick.vic.edu.au
      • brunswickviceduau.onmicrosoft.com
    • Click add then add any emails want, single address can be separated with a comma then a space.

 

  • Acer Support
    • Acer Spin - Install then open the program bypass registration, and choose updates

  • Lenovo Support
    Staff requiring warranty support for their Lenovo devices can log hardware requests directly with JBEducation or on 1300 730 548 choose this link to access Lenovo updates.

  • Asus Support

  • Surface Warranty
    Warranty support for their Surface Pro devices can log hardware requests directly with JBEducation or on 1300 730 548.
  • Microsoft Online Service Center
    The link above will show you the coverage of your Microsoft Surface Pro/Typecover, you will need to select Country/Region, Serial Number and character indicated before seeing the warranty status. You can locate the serial number on the back of the Surface Pro under the Kick Stand, and the Typecover serial number is located immediately to the right of the connector pins when the keyboard is disconnected.
  • Password Changes
    Changing your password can be done in 2 ways.
    • logon to a school connected computer and press CTRL+ALT+DEL and select option "Change A Password"
    • Change your Brunswick Secondary Password Online with the link above,
      * Note this will only be reflected to online applications if offsite and will only take effect on your computer the next time you log on at school*
  • Printing
    Windows 7+, macOS, iOS, Android and Chrome  OS.
    the links above will allow you to setup and submit print jobs while connected to the schools network.
    You will need to login with your BSC username (DOMAIN-030\STAFFID) and password, you will need your Staff ID card to sign in and release the print job. Select BSC-BW for black and white or BSC-CLR for colour printing
  • Scanning
    Scanning to your email and home directory is also now available using your ID Card.
    Once logged on to the Library MFD (Photocopier) you will see an option to scan to email or home Directory
